SoundStake Impact Driver Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions:

  1. Sponsor: Giveaway is sponsored by SoundStake, LLC, Glendale, AZ, USA (“SoundStake”).
  2. Eligibility: Open to licensed residential or commercial custom integration businesses located in the U.S. that purchase at least one 4-pack of SoundStakes during the Giveaway Period. Purchasing SoundStake products requires that customers complete the official SoundStake Dealer Application Form at GetSoundStake.com. One entry per company. Void where prohibited.
  3. Giveaway Period: Entries must be received by 12:00 PM (AZ time) on July 31, 2026.
  4. How to Enter: Purchase at least one 4-pack of SoundStakes during the Giveaway Period. Submit a valid dealer application form at GetSoundStake.com and be approved as a dealer in order to purchase. Record and post video of SoundStake being used as intended, and mention @SoundStake.LLC, mention your preferred landscape speaker brand, and use the hashtag #StopHammering.
  5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive an 18V mid-torque Impact Wrench from Milwaukee or similar (approx. retail value up to $250 USD, including shipping). Prize and brand selection are at SoundStake’s discretion. No cash or credit substitutions.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be chosen from eligible entries and announced on Instagram and LinkedIn and notified by email within 10 business days after the Giveaway Period ends. Winner must respond within 10 business days to claim the prize or a new winner may be selected.
  7. Prize Delivery: Prize will be shipped to the verified business address provided in the dealer application. Shipping costs are included as long as the total prize and shipping value does not exceed $250 USD.
  8. Use of Information: By entering, participants consent to SoundStake’s use of dealer application information for dealer communication and business correspondence. All data will be handled per SoundStake’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may receive occasional updates and may unsubscribe at any time. 
  9. General Conditions: SoundStake reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify entries, or modify or cancel the Giveaway if technical or other issues arise. Governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless SoundStake and its officers and agents from liability related to participation or prize acceptance.
